I couldn’t have experienced a more pleasant, quick and professional service from this team. His bid was fair despite the unusual circumstance I was in. Working from a civil engineers report of what I needed to have accomplished, Michael was quick with his bid estimate, had a team ready to go a couple days later, got the job done on schedule despite some foul weather, sent pictures at the end of each workday, and left my property spotless when the project was complete. I recently had three houses, remodeled, painted by DFW Build & Remodel. The Hardie Board Siding on all houses was improperly fastened at original installation. Michael Paulson looked at the job and told me exactly what he would do, at a very competitive price. He was clearly providing a better job at a better price than the other bidders. His follow through and workmanship was excellent, and he was very easy to work with as he was very knowledgeable and made suggestions.

Project: New Custom 2400 SF Highland Village, TX new Home Construction.
Building a house from scratch is a daunting task; we hired Michael as our Builder, seeing the project from start to finish.
With a project of this magnitude, we did have a few hick ups and design changes throughout the build; however Michael came up with creative ideas and solutions to the task at hand.
Michael has a a great ability to take control of any situation such as dealing with job planning, job site issues, budgeting, contracts, lien releases, sub-contractors, city inspectors, disputes and all the construction headaches you can imagine. His attention to details and smart ideas saved us a lot on money and time!
We are very happy with Michael’s work, professionalism, and dedication to our new home. Our house turned out better than expected!

Michael with DFW ‘s knowledge and professionalism is an asset to any construction project. We used his Plan B Program he offers in order to renovate our complicated investment property located in lower Greenville in Dallas . If we had used a typical set contract price on this project we would not have been able to save thousands below the retail cost without Michael’s program due to our budget. We shall use DFW Build Remodel’s service again and recommend him to all.

Michael with DFW, I wanted to take a moment to write you a letter of appreciation as it relates to the room addition that was supervised by Dan F with / DFW Builders I hope you will share this letter with potential customers that may be considering Michael with DFW for their construction project in the future.
Our Project:
* Remove the roof over the garage & existing house
* Install a ‘pony wall’
* Add nearly 1,000 square feet inclusive of: Bedroom w/ closet (project room), Office w/ fireplace & balcony, Bathroom w/ enclosed steam shower, Game closet & homework Room w/ built-in desks. As wall as hallway cabinetry.
Background:
Sylvia and I considered moving to a little larger home or expanding our current home. After reviewing the marketplace we determined that an addition would better fit our needs. We hired an Architect to draw up the plans then interviewed six different Contractors’ for our project. After meeting with six different contractors, we provided plans to four Contractors’ to provide proposals. The proposal responses were all over the board with a swing in pricing of nearly 20%. Although of the other Contractors’ provided a bid on the project only one provided a bid as we outlined with simple instructions in our ‘scope of work.’ We did not choose the ‘lowest’ bid or the ‘highest’ bid, but chose DFW Build & Remodel because DFW provided a competitive response exactly as we had requested. DFW proposal demonstrated that they were listening to the needs of his client, so we felt much more comfortable that our needs would be listened to during the project.
We were right; DFW Build Remodel did an absolutely outstanding job at running our project. We received numerous time frames from 60 days to 8 months from the various contractors, DFW quoted about 10 weeks (but we had Thanksgiving and Christmas week to contend with), and DFW Build – Remodel completed the job in 10 weeks! The job was completed on budget, managed the crews to have at least one Sub; many times several sub’s on site every day. This was not a small project to complete and DFW Build Remodel ‘s dedication to getting the job done was outstanding.
Michael, I wish you continued success and I know that other families will enjoy working with DFW Build Remodel Construction as much as we did.

If you have ever dealt with a home renovation, you probably know that many contractors drag out the process for months, giving you endless, lame excuses for the endless delays. In the end, work is usually just average.
Happily, DFW Build & Remodel, LLC is an exception to the rule.
When we needed to renovate our townhouse in Dallas to sell it, we called DFW. Obviously, time was of the essence. DFW showed up promptly, knew everything that needed to be done and gave us a good estimate on the work scope. He started the work very soon and got it done. What a relief! Soon our townhouse was completely repainted and re-carpeted and the countless little broken things that we had lived with over the years were repaired or replaced. The new floor was in place in the kitchen & even some old broken windows and sagging clothes rods in a closet were fixed. Our town house was ready to go on the market.
I highly recommend Michael to any one who needs to renovate or repair a home, or get it ready to sell.
Michael with DFW is conscientious, professional, straightforward and friendly, all the things you hope for when it come to working on your home.

We were very well satisfied with the professionalism and the quality of the workmanship performed on our rain damaged home. You were physically at the job site everyday to make sure all the work went smoothly and to coordinate all of the tradesmen to perform their part of the entire project on a timely basis.
Working on a home for 10 weeks could have been a total nightmare but in this case it was not. The crew worked diligently, the house was cleaned every night. The various tradesmen that you sent were topnotch in their field and worked to please the homeowner. Our home is now back to normal and we are delighted with the finished product.

I own a stable of executive rental houses, located in Silicon Valley ( San Jose , California ), Dallas and Corinth , Texas.
When we met, I had just suffered a rare but critical loss from a tenant who had abused one of my 4,000 sq. ft. Houses. I needed paint (inside & out), tile flooring, extensive stair railing repair, door repairs and some of all the building trades. Delay was costing me $2,000.00 /month rent loss.
You stepped up to the plate. Bid fairly, accomplished work I needed first (outside/front repairs/paint) to give me back the homes ‘curb appeal’ so that I could show it for rent and you ‘kept at it’ diligently and professionally. It rented in three weeks.
